Troubleshooting
The link doesn't work
Check if you are using the latest version of your browser. Otherwise try a different browser like Chrome or Edge.
Camera or microphone not working
Check if you have given permission to your browser to use camera and microphone. This can usually be adjusted in the browser settings (often found at the lock icon in the address bar).
Poor connection or stuttering video
For the best experience we recommend a stable internet connection. Close other programs that use a lot of internet if possible and consider turning off your camera if the connection keeps stuttering.
